A dining table with a simplistic design made from solid Teak wood /
colored Ash wood, braced with an elegant V-shaped metal rod. A
derivative of the Cap table, but with an extended top surface which
overhangs generously on both sides.
The overhangs create a visual separation from the body of the table;
almost to indicate different functions and an invitation to extend seating.
Individual work space at the extended ends and dining in the middle or
team meeting in the middle and desk storage on the extended ends,
the EXTEND offers versatility, function and flexibility. It offers maximum
use of top surface space and below for leg room. Its legs are connected
to slender wooden runners called skis with a simple insert and screw
connection. Along the four open sides, the Stack chairs and, or Nest
bench's can squarely nest underneath.
With a stained finish, the table top's exposed variegated natural wood
grains is a perfect background to the central activities of a dining, living
